Fascination aviation - Ready to take off For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH Your Tasks Analyse, calculate, and define tooling and equipment requirements; provide technical consulting, support, evaluation, and final approval. Prepare, validate, and approve design data for tools and jigs; establish standards for different manufacturing concepts. Act as technical project leader for tooling and equipment, managing supplier interfaces and ensuring technical alignment. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on the latest manufacturing technologies and processes. Evaluate, select, and technically qualify tooling and equipment suppliers; oversee supplier performance and compliance. Supervise suppliers during manufacturing and acceptance phases, ensuring conformity with plant and quality assurance requirements. Define requirements for tooling certification and calibration; coordinate acceptance and release for production use. Manage the handover of tools and equipment to production, both internally and externally. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in one or more of the following fields: Engineering, Manufacturing / Production, Design, Customer Service, Project Management, Supply Chain, Technical Documentation, or IT / Information Systems. Proven experience in the aerospace sector, particularly in composite manufacturing. Extensive hands-on experience in the design and development of tooling and jigs for composite production.
