With clear module expertise, close collaboration with IT, and a globally harmonized full SF suite, we at MANN+HUMMEL always keep SuccessFactors up to date. Responsibility (Product Owner) for all Processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital tools
Act as a master data expert in all HR digitalization initiatives and consult Global HR Process Owners in data quality and data strategy matters
Support global experts in reaching the next level of professionalism by continuously improving SAP SF Employee Central and deriving valuable insights for strategic decision making from available data
Analysis of complex data sets from different countries and derivation of recommendations for action, considering local requirements
Integral member of the HR Digitalization & Tools team as a SF EC Product Owner, steering and consulting the Global HR Process Owners and closely cooperating with IT and other stakeholders in various HR Digitalization Projects
HR data security), governance and quality requirements as an interface to all digitalization initiatives
Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors EC in a multinational environment, HR Systems & Data or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central
Proven experience in data migration projects in SuccessFactors EC
Strong skills in project and process management

Excellent English skills; German is a plus
Analytical thinking and strong data affinity
