We are looking for a passionate and experienced Requirements Management and ALM Consultant to join our North American team. You will act as a strategic advisor, trainer, and hands-on configuration expert. This is a client-facing role requiring a strong blend of systems engineering knowledge, project implementation skills, and customer communication Serve as the primary consultant for North American customers, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Visure’s platform. Lead workshops to capture requirements management and systems engineering workflows. Configure and customize the Visure platform, including user workflows, traceability matrices, templates, and dashboards. Conduct training sessions (mostly remote) for client engineering teams on Visure’s capabilities and best practices. Support & Success Management Support customers during evaluation, pilot, and post-deployment phases. Provide ongoing technical support in collaboration with the support team. Promote customer adoption and expansion through proactive communication and expertise. Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. ~Experience configuring and deploying enterprise software solutions. ~ Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. ~ Fluency in English and German Hands-on experience with Requirements ALM platform.
