Compliance Manager EU Location: Frankfurt One of the fastest growing FinTechs in the Global market who are currently undergoing international expansion is seeking a Compliance Manager to join a dynamic compliance team supporting the development and execution of regulatory compliance strategies. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong compliance culture and ensuring alignment with evolving legal frameworks across the EU. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies, manuals, and procedures. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business. Oversee compliance with prudential regulations and outsourcing policies. Deliver training and raise awareness of compliance obligations across the organisation. Prepare regular reports for executive and supervisory boards. Continuously build compliance expertise through professional development. Your Profile: Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, audit, consultancy, or financial supervision. Strong knowledge of German and EU regulations (e.g., MaComp, MaRisk, MiFID, MAR). Advanced data analysis skills (pivot tables, databases, statistical methods). Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and resilience under pressure. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. What's on Offer: Regular feedback and performance development.
