As a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Solution Architect , you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the CRM landscape, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and integration with their broader digital ecosystem, including ERP and manufacturing systems.

Define the technical and functional architecture of the CRM platform, including data models, integrations, and customizations.
Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external partners throughout project lifecycle phases.
Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with ERP (preferably Business Central or SAP) , Power Platform, Azure, and third-party systems.
Ensure solution compliance with industry standards , data privacy regulations , and company security policies.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
~ Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in end-to-end CRM implementations.
~ Experience with Azure services , integration frameworks (Dataverse, Logic Apps, APIs) , and data migration tools .
~ Fluent in English ; AND German
