Das Construction-Team ist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Rechenzentren von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Außerdem arbeitet die Abteilung eng mit Partnerunternehmen zusammen, um ein vertikal integriertes Design zu entwickeln, und steuert diese Partner, um Projekte termingerecht und im Budgetrahmen zu liefern.
Im Vergleich zu externen Ressourcen kann das interne Team langfristige Betriebssicherheit mit wertorientierter Planung und Kostenkennzahlen abstimmen, um Produkte zu liefern, die den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen. Position – Commissioning Manager
Anweisung, Management und Überwachung der SME-Commissioning-Agenten, um kontinuierlich hochwertige Ergebnisse zu liefern.
Entwicklung, Verbesserung und Standardisierung des gesamten Commissioning-Programms, um Projekte jedes Mal gleich erfolgreich zu starten (Standardisierung zur Reduzierung von Zykluszeit und Kosten).
Entwicklung von Projekt-Tools, Prozessen und Verfahren für „perfekte Projekte“.
Management von 3rd-Party-Commissioning-Agenten und Sicherstellung ihres Erfolgs.
Erstellung relevanter KPI’s zur Bewertung der Projekt- und Agentenleistung.
