FLOCERT is looking for a senior growth leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Lead Business Development across global markets and segments
Lead end-to-end service development from opportunity framing to pricing and go-to-market
Masterâs degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similar
ideally in certification, assurance, sustainability or adjacent industries
Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environments
fluent in English (other languages an asset)
Purpose-driven international environment with direct strategic impact
Hybrid work model with primary presence in Bonn
