About the Role We’re expanding our creative team at Conscioushouse , a newly launched and fast-growing marketing and creative boutique agency helping D2C, wellness, luxury, fashion, and beauty brands grow with elevated design, premium storytelling, and AI-driven innovation. We’re looking for a Graphic Design & Image Retouch Intern — someone with a trained design eye, strong aesthetic sensitivity, and the ability to craft polished, premium visuals across digital communication touchpoints. What You’ll Do Graphic & Advertising Design of visual assets for brand campaigns, organic social, and marketing content (static graphics, layouts, typography-focused visuals, social ads). Perform professional image editing, color-grading and retouch for beauty, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle and product content. Basic skills in video editing are a plus (e.g. via Adobe Express, Capcut etc.) Explore and apply AI-led design tools (for ideation, visual generation, layout assistance, colour/look experimentation). Work collaboratively to develop visual directions, moodboards, and brand-aligned graphic styles . What We’re Looking For ASAP full-time availability for a 3-month voluntary, unpaid internship , with the opportunity to transition into a paid role after completion. Formal studies in Graphic Design, Media Communications, Visual Communication, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Figma . Experience in image editing and retouch — especially beauty, fashion, or jewellery — with a strong eye for lighting, skin texture, colour correction, detail refinement, and premium polish. A portfolio that shows clean aesthetics, attention to detail, and design sensitivity across brand communication. Interest in categories such as beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, tech and design for elevating brand perception. Curiosity for emerging tools, digital culture, and experimenting with AI in design workflows . Fluent in English (German a plus).
