Operational Buyer Our client is looking for an Operational Buyer for their growing procurement team.

Take responsibility for day-to-day procurement activities within SAP S/4 HANA and Coupa.
Execute planning runs, manage purchase requests, and oversee ordering processes for both IT and non-IT categories (hardware, software, services, etc.).
Monitor stock levels and support efficient inventory management aligned with business needs.

Assist Category Managers and Buyers throughout the sourcing lifecycle, from preparation to contract award.
Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Conduct supplier and market analysis, prepare data-driven insights, and recommend improvements to sourcing activities.
Apply your academic or professional knowledge to support innovation within procurement.

Fluent in both English and German (additional European languages are a plus).
A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in economics, IT, or related fields. 2–3 years’ procurement experience, ideally with exposure to SAP master data and/or accounts payable. Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba). Solid knowledge of SAP MM (ECC 6.Confident with MS Office, especially Excel. Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, clients, datacenters, software) is desirable.
