Ihre Aufgaben im Bereich Integrated Product Support Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für ein Teilprojekt im Integrated Product Support (IPS) in der Vertriebsphase Sie steuern das Bid-Management im IPS, erstellen Angebotsspezifikationen, Mengengerüste und Terminpläne Sie analysieren Stakeholder-Anforderungen, erstellen Compliance Statements und transferieren den Leistungsumfang in präzise System-Spezifikationen Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem IPS-Bereich und dem Gesamtprojekt Sie repräsentieren das IPS-Teilprojekt souverän gegenüber externen Stakeholdern aus Kunden- und Auftragnehmerkreisen Sie führen das Angebotsteam fachlich und sorgen für die optimale Einbindung in die Projektorganisation Sie koordinieren Beiträge aus verschiedenen IPS-Fachbereichen und sichern so ein konsistentes und stimmiges Gesamtangebot Was Sie für diese Position mitbringen sollten Sie überzeugen mit starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit und leben Teamarbeit, um gemeinsam bestmögliche Lösungen zu entwickeln Sie treten souverän auf, präsentieren Ihre Arbeitsergebnisse zielgerichtet und behalten in Verhandlungssituationen stets den Überblick Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Schiffbau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse im Bid Management, Requirements Management oder Systems Engineering mit Sie besitzen idealerweise Vorkenntnisse im Bereich IPS (logistische Daten, technische Dokumentation, Training, Ersatzteilwesen) Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das wird Ihnen geboten Ein ansprechendes und modernes Arbeitsumfeld, mit spannenden Brancheneinblicken Ein übertarifliches Gehaltspaket inkl.
