Bicycle Mechanic

Workster is partnering with an innovative e-mobility company on a mission to make sustainable transport accessible to everyone. We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center, located in Düsseldorf/ Berlin , where e-bikes are brought back to life with care, precision, and top-tier tools. If you are not in Düsseldorf or Berlin we can help with your relocation from Germany.

As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.

1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic).
~ Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
~ Fluency in German and/or English.
