Legal Counsel Location: Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a growing portfolio of commercial and technology-driven business activities. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of contractual, regulatory, and strategic matters, working closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment. Draft and negotiate national and international commercial, supply, and distribution agreements.
Support market entry activities and coordinate with external legal advisers.
Advise on strategic and cross-functional projects.
Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen), ideally with strong academic results.

Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
