Für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen im  E-Commerce- und Amazon-Handel suchen wir erfahrene  Co-Investoren und Marketing-Partner , die unternehmerisch denken, Kapital investieren und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Marke mitwirken wollen – ohne selbst Vollzeit operativ tätig zu sein.
Plattform-Betreuung (Amazon, Shopify, Otto, etc.)
Buchhaltung, Controlling & Reporting
Rechts- & Compliance-Struktur
Co-Investoren & Marketing-Partner übernehmen:
Mitgestaltung der Marketing- und Wachstumskonzepte
Unterstützung bei Branding, Social Media & Performance-Kampagnen
Netzwerk- und Marktimpulse (z. B. Kooperationspartner, Influencer, B2B-Sales)

We are currently expanding one of our portfolio companies in the  E-Commerce and Amazon trading sector and are opening this round to  Co-Investors and Marketing Partners who bring both  capital and expertise — and who want to be part of the entrepreneurial journey  without leaving their main occupation .
The Investment Model The company operates and scales branded products through  Amazon FBA ,  Shopify , and additional online marketplaces.
Co-Investors contribute capital, strategic input, and marketing insight.
Platform management (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Accounting, controlling & reporting
Legal & compliance framework
Co-Investors and Marketing Partners contribute:
Strategic input in marketing, brand, and growth planning
Support in performance marketing, creative campaigns, and brand building
