Du managst Kontrollen , Audits und Zertifizierungsprozesse und stellst sicher, dass unsere schriftlich fixierten Regelungen aktuell sind und im Arbeitsalltag auch tatsächlich gelebt werden. Deine Arbeit sorgt dafür, dass unsere Software höchsten regulatorischen Standards entspricht und sicheres Banking für unsere Kunden ermöglicht. Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Regulierungs- und Compliance-Prozesse Unterstützung bei internen Kontrollen zur Aufrechterhaltung des IKS-Zertifikats Organisation und Begleitung von Compliance-Audits Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Compliance-Bereich, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungs- oder IT-Umfeld Kenntnisse relevanter Regularien: BAIT , MaRisk , DORA Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Freude an der Teamarbeit Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und JIRA in Deutsch und Englisch Erfahrung in Compliance-Audits , Regulierungs-/Compliance-Software , Auslagerungsmanagement oder ISO-Zertifizierungen Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit bis zu 3 Tagen Remote-Arbeit ~ Diese Position ist auch in Teilzeit möglich ~ 30 Tage Urlaub ~ Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten inkl.
