~ Sie übernehmen die Payment-Beratung bei unseren gewerblichen Kunden und Kommunen zu Produkten des Elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs, Kartenzahlungsterminals und Online-Bezahllösungen
Sie übernehmen die aktive Co-Betreuung der zugeordneten Kunden auch im Zuge der Payment-Fachberatung
Sie erledigen die Vertragserstellung und Bearbeitung spezieller Zahlungsverkehrs- und Electronic-Banking-spezifischer Verträge
Sie leiten Kunden aktiv an unsere Kooperationspartner über
Sie betreuen unsere Kunden in der Electronic-Banking-Hotline/Support für die Produkte des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs und sprechen darüber hinaus unsere Kunden im Rahmen des Beratungsgespräches aktiv an
Sie übernehmen die Einrichtung und Installation für die Software- und Hardwareprodukte für unsere Kunden mittels Fernwartung oder beim Kunden vor Ort
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)
Sie sind Sparkassen- oder Bankfachwirt (m/w/d)
Andernfalls sind Sie bereit, sich die notwendigen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten durch entsprechende Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen kurzfristig anzueignen
Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Online Banking / Medialer Vertrieb
Sie sind offen für Veränderungen und begleiten Veränderungsprozesse aktiv und beherzt
Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur lösungsorientierten Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Einheiten der Sparkasse zeichnen Sie aus
