Job Title: Mechanical Site Supervisor – Data Centre Construction Location: Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 + Excellent Package (Bonus, Allowances, Benefits)

Our client is a leading mission-critical general contractor , delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe for blue-chip technology clients. With a strong pipeline of complex builds, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their Frankfurt project team.
The Mechanical Site Supervisor will oversee all mechanical installation activities on a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical systems and proven experience delivering complex, fast-track projects.

Supervise and coordinate the mechanical installation works on site, ensuring alignment with project design, schedule, and quality standards
Manage and monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and technical requirements
Liaise closely with the project management, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, pipework, fire suppression, etc.) 5+ years’ experience in a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction or MEP industry
~ Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical environments is essential
~ Fluent in English; German language skills advantageous
