Wir bilden dich zum Experten im Verkauf aus Du hast schon im Verkauf gearbeitet und möchtest deiner Karriere einen neuen Schub geben, um zum Beispiel Director of Sales zu werden? - Bei uns steht deine Weiterentwicklung im Vordergrund. Deine Hauptaufgabe als Sales-Manager (m/w/d) im Rent a Sales-Team besteht darin, eigenverantwortlich Verkaufs-Projekte im "white label" für unsere Kunden durchzuführen Gemeinsam mit einem Team an Sales-Assistants bist du verantwortlich für das Erreichen gesetzter Sales-Targets Via Web-Meeting • Du verfolgst je nach Projekt unterschiedliche Targets ~- Terminierungen ~- Als Sales-Manager arbeitest Du eigenverantwortlich und bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Auftraggeber Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen • Mittlerer Schulabschluss (Realschulabschluss und vergleichbare Schulabschlüsse) ~- Fachhochschulreife (allgemeine oder fachgebundene Fachhochschulreife) ~- Abitur (allgemeine oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife) ~• Du hast bereits nachweislich Erfolge im Sales und mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung als Verkaufsleiter oder Sales-Manager. ~• Du hast sehr gute Computerkenntnisse in Word, Excel, Powerpoint und kennst dich mit Outlook aus ~• Du hast richtig viel Lust am Telefonieren ~• Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache ~• Du sprichst deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast bestenfalls sogar schon Grundkenntnisse in Englisch ~• Altersvorsorge Flache Hierarchien Flexible Arbeitszeit-Modelle Homeoffice-Zuschuss Perfekte Einarbeitung, ohne Dich ins "kalte Wasser" zu werfen Projekt-Arbeiten Team-Events Übergesetzliche Freitage für besondere Anlässe Vermittlungs-Prämie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten Zögere nicht und lass uns deine Bewerbung zukommen oder bewirb dich direkt hier online
