A growing international company is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to manage diverse legal matters across commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law. Work closely with cross-functional teams on impactful legal projects.
Draft and negotiate complex contracts in sales and marketing, including international cooperation agreements.
Support product launches in Europe and global markets from a legal perspective.
Act as the legal contact for diverse departments and manage special legal projects.
Fully qualified lawyer with two above-average state exams.
Around two years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house legal counsel.
Expertise in commercial and corporate law, IP law, competition law, or medical law in national and international contexts.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative projects.
Business-fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
