THE COMPANY August Robotics is an international startup which builds application-specific robots to automate workflows for businesses. August Robotics aspires to be at the forefront of the coming "robotics revolution" and has several robotic product lines across different sectors of the economy. As an Operations Manager , you’ll be a core element of our European service delivery team. You’ll ensure every robot deployment, maintenance visit, and client interaction runs smoothly from start to finish Supporting our team of engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe job execution. Recruit, train, and onboard new full-time and part-time team members based on project requirements. Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, on-site management, job documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement across operations. Supporting logistics, inventory, and warehouse processes when needed.
