As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our team and support our mission with robust legal guidance. As Legal Counsel, you will be the primary legal advisor for the company, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. You will ensure legal compliance across operations, support strategic decisions, and help shape the legal framework for our growing portfolio of energy projects. Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary. Monitor internal processes for legal compliance, especially in data protection, labour law, and corporate governance. Support business development activities, including NDAs and partnership agreements. Qualified lawyer with strong experience in commercial and energy law. Green energy systems such as solar, batteries, heat pumps, CHP, EV charging. Project management and process optimisation. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
