Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical work during outages and routine maintenance in a power plant environment. The role requires experience with HV and LV equipment and ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical teams during outages and maintenance. Oversee installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems (pumps, turbines, valves, compressors, piping). Ensure compliance with safety procedures, especially around HV and LV electrical equipment. Collaborate with electrical and other disciplines to safely complete work. Review technical drawings and specifications; monitor and report equipment performance. Maintain accurate records, reports, and work authorization documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Strong mechanical knowledge in power plants, including rotating and static equipment. Experience working in HV and LV environments and understanding electrical hazards. Supervisory and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Focused on safety, compliance, and efficient outage execution.
