You own and develop our existing product data and tooling landscape, such as PIM, shop system, search and recommendation engines, to support scalable merchandising and personalizationYou improve search and recommendation performance to enhance UX and conversionYou ensure consistent, high-quality product data across all platforms and toolsYou define, implement, and continuously optimize country-specific sorting logic, curated landing pages, and merchandising strategies in line with business goalsYou act as a strategic interface between product, engineering, and external partners, translating business requirements into technical concepts and ensuring smooth implementationYou lead and develop the team responsible for product discovery and merchandising execution on a local level, driving cross-functional initiatives related to product discovery, data quality, and user experience What should you bring along? You have several years of experience in product discovery, including search, recommendations, and merchandisingYou have a proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives with both strategic and operational impactYou possess a strong understanding of data structures, tool integrations, and processes in e-commerce environmentsYou have hands-on experience with PIM systems, recommendation engines, and shop platforms, and are familiar with analytics tools and data-driven workflowsYou are comfortable working with APIs, data feeds, and personalization logic, and can translate business goals into scalable, tech-enabled solutionsYou have a structured, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international settings, and a background in digital business, e-commerce, business informatics, or similar Was bieten wir dir?
