Legal Counsel Location: Hamburg (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to advise on complex commercial and project-related contracts across international markets. In this role, you’ll provide legal guidance on long-term supply and service agreements, manage negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, and support strategic business initiatives within a growing, multinational organisation.
Support tenders and project transactions from a legal perspective.
Coordinate external legal counsel across national and international matters.
Fully qualified lawyer with strong academic results.
Several years of experience in commercial, project, or contract law gained in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Flexible hybrid working model (up to 50% remote).
