Responsibilities Lead with Vision : Define and execute the roadmap for Remote Access & Controllow-latency streaming, secure connectivity, and cross-platform performance. Drive AI Innovation : Embed AI / ML into product features and engineering workflows for smarter, adaptive experiences and faster troubleshooting. Architect for Scale : Oversee distributed, real-time systems architecture; ensure reliability, security, and performance at globalscale. Champion Security : Implement secure-by-design principles and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR. Build High-Impact Teams : Hire, mentor, and grow engineering leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Collaborate Across Functions : Partner with Product, Security, and Operations to deliver enterprise-ready solutions. Own Operational Excellence : Improve CI / CD, observability, and incident response;optimizefor speed without sacrificing stability. Requirements Proven Leadership : 10+ years in software development, 5+ years leading multiple teams and managers. Technical Depth : Experience building distributed, real-time, or networking-heavy software systems. Domain Expertise : Preferred background in remote connectivity or real-time streaming technologies. AI Proficiency : Hands-on experience integrating AI / ML into products or engineering workflows. Security Mindset : Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance frameworks. Zero-Trust & Compliance : Strong understanding of zero-trust security principles and enterprise compliance requirements. Influence & Communication : Ability to articulate technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.
