For our development team we are seeking a Project Manager (m/w/d) in the Aviation Industry Your tasks: Project management for certified aerospace projects, especially for avionics and electromechanical actuators Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and timelines for systems, items, and mechanical parts development Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, suppliers, and certification bodies, to ensure project objectives are aligned Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders and in compliance with ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-254 and DO-178C standards Identify and manage project risks related to safety, certification, technology, and resource constraints Lead formal technical reviews, including design reviews, test reviews, and verification and validation reviews, to ensure compliance and readiness for certification Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, quality assurance, and certification specialists, to deliver on project objectives Prepare regular status reports, including progress against milestones, risk updates, and certification progress, to stakeholders and senior management Your profile: Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Engineering or similar; commercial training with further training as a business administrator/business economist with professional experience Minimum 3 years of working experience in aerospace companies, certified as per Part 21 or EN/AS 9100 Strong knowledge and experience working with aerospace development processes (ARP4754, ARP4761, RTCA DO-254/178C) Willingness to work in an agile environment handling multidisciplinary tasks Strong communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Willingness to travel What you can expect: An exciting and varied field of activity Flexibility in the independent organization of work and the special character of a small medium-sized company with start-up atmosphere Flexible working hours with fixed core hours 4 Day workweek possible An open-ended employment contract with opportunities for further training Free beverages and coffee Subsidized lunch Job bike possible Modern ergonomic offices Fitness Gym on site Company events Corporate Benefits program
