Operations, Quality, Logistik, Einkauf), damit Termine, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden Planung neuer Test-Kit-Projekte inklusive Kick-off Meetings, Projektanforderungen, Dokumentation, Datenpflege, Sales-Unterstützung, Import und Distribution Optimierung unserer Prozesse durch Risikoanalyse, Anpassungen von Workflows/SOPs und aktivem Wissensaustausch im Team Deine Fähigkeiten 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement – alternativ freuen wir uns auch über Hochschulabsolvent*innen mit erster Praxiserfahrung und Interesse, in eine PM-Rolle zu wachsen Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Ingenieurwesen (andere Fachrichtungen sind ebenfalls willkommen) Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Daten (Erfahrung mit Power BI von Vorteil) Verständnis klinischer Studien Offenheit für Kommunikation mit Kund*innen und Stakeholder*innen Erfahrung in Logistik, Clinical Supply, Medizintechnik oder Klinik-Umgebungen ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung Das ist die Herausforderung, auf die du gewartet hast?
