About the Role We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our sales channels (e.g. Official site, Tiktok, Temu, etc.). This role requires a mix of analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Channel Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (marketplaces, DTC websites, social commerce)；
# Ensure product listings are optimized for search (SEO), conversions, and compliance with platform policies；
# Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, and platform-specific campaigns (e.g.Competitor Research: Analyze competitor strategies and marketplace trends to stay ahead in pricing, promotions, and merchandising；
# Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Experience in e-commerce channel management, marketplace operations, digital sales or digital markting etc.；
# Hands-on experience with Tiktok, Temu, Amazon, Marketplace, or other major platforms；
# Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and marketplace analytics tools；
# Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment；
# Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.


Experience with oversee e-commerce;
# Certification in Tiktok, Amazon, Temu or other e-commerce platforms.
