Investment Director, PE-backed Healthcare Buy

Investment Director PE-Backed Healthcare Buy & Build, Germany PER is looking for an Investment Director to drive a fullcycle M&A pipeline in the fastgrowing healthcare buy & build market. The role is based in Munich but flexible. What the role involves Planning, organization and execution of M&A transactions. Crossfunctional coordination of project participants including target companies, PE deal team members, internal departments and external consultants. Preparation and management of contract negotiations. Preparation of investment cases including company valuations and presentation of decision papers to the board and the investment committee of the PE firm. Working closely with investors and the management. Who we are looking for Previous M&A experience from an M&A boutique, corporate M&A, private equity or Big 4, ideally with first healthcare exposure. Strong academic background with successful completion of university studies in economics, finance or business administration. Extensive practical experience in execution of M&A transactions (due diligence, valuation, project management). Profound knowledge in business valuation, modelling of business cases and financial models. Good knowledge of accounting/balancing as well as strong analytical thinking skills and strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with a handson attitude.
