Working Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Contract Type: Leased Labor Contract (AUG)/ Outsource Contract (18 months) Responsibilities Design Creation and video editing: Develop and produce high-quality graphic and video designs for digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and physical touchpoints (brochures, posters, etc.). Asset Preparation and Management: Coordinate with central creative hub to manage and prepare local product assets for social media campaigns, editorial content and videos, digital marketing initiatives and retail marketing campaigns. Creative content: Lead and manage products creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet deadlines, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2 - 5 years marketing experience in the design industry or related fields. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Full business proficiency both in spoken and written German and English. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects Ability to complete tasks independently and timely, good communication and collaboration skills.
