Bringing together, in one place, the company’s experts in all disciplines creates stronger synergies across functions to propose innovative solutions to customers.   Your Role & Responsibilities As a process engineer in process engineering, you will be an integral part of the workforce at our site in Hamm-Uentrop and will report to our Manufacturing Technology Lead. Your tasks and challenges will include: Optimising and further developing production processes for PVB films with a focus on quality, efficiency and sustainability Analysing process data, identifying potential for improvement and implementing appropriate measures Introducing new technologies, processes and raw materials in close cooperation with Research & Development Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal quality guidelines Managing and supporting projects in the area of process changes and investments Performing error analyses and continuous improvement using lean methods and Six Sigma Cross-location cooperation with production, maintenance and quality assurance Your Profile Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience in the chemical industry or plastics processing is an advantage Knowledge of extrusion technology, process simulation and quality management is desirable Knowledge and experience in project management for capacity expansions is an advantage Analytical thinking, structured working style and ability to work in a team Good written and spoken German and English Willingness to travel What We Offer A responsible position in an innovative international company Attractive career prospects as part of the future-oriented development and expansion of our production site Modern production facilities and a motivated team Opportunities for further training and attractive career prospects Competitive remuneration and social benefits Flexible working hours and company pension scheme Interested?
