3D Artist - Real Time and Immersive Experiences THIS ROLE IS 100% ON SITE IN MUNICH. NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTION. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE. The opportunity We’re hiring a skilled 3D Artist to join a creative team working on visually rich, real time immersive experiences. This role spans the full 3D asset pipeline, from early modelling and texturing through to optimisation and integration inside Unreal Engine. You’ll play a visible role in shaping the visual quality of interactive experiences, working closely with artists, technical teams, and developers to ensure assets are both visually strong and technically sound. What’s on offer • A creative role within a fast growing international technology business • Real ownership over your work and influence on visual direction • Flat structure with quick feedback and clear decision making • Flexible working hours, while remaining fully on site in Munich • A collaborative, multidisciplinary team with strong technical ambition • A culture built around quality, openness, and continuous improvement What you’ll be doing • Producing high quality 3D assets with a focus on modelling, texturing, and UV layout • Working with modern real time art workflows, including high poly to low poly baking • Creating clean topology and performance friendly assets for real time use • Integrating and optimising assets within Unreal Engine 5• Collaborating closely with other artists, technical artists, and developers to maintain visual and technical consistency • Upholding strong artistic and technical standards across all delivered assets What we’re looking for • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in a 3D art role • Strong foundations in 3D modelling and core art fundamentals • Confident using Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max • Hands on experience working with Unreal Engine 4 and or 5• A strong eye for detail, composition, and overall visual quality • Ability to contribute original designs as well as work from references • Comfortable working within a collaborative production environment • Excellent communication skills in both German and English Nice to have • Experience creating 3D animations • Knowledge of character rigging and skinning
