About the Role We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our consulting business in Germany. As Head of Consulting, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision, leading high-impact transformation programs, and cultivating strong client relationships across industries. You will oversee a diverse team of consultants and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven, and sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the consulting strategy for the German market, aligned with global objectives. Support the verticalization of industries through strong industries expertise. Lead client engagements across digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic advisory. Build and manage a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Deploy an AI-driven approach in the Consulting team. Lead client engagements across our four core competency areas : Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience; Digital Process Automation & Excellence; Digital Technology Strategy & Innovation; Digital Organizational Change Management. Promote offerings such as maximizing the potential of platforms and hyperscalers, unlocking the value of Data & AI, and driving business transformation. Drive business development, including pipeline growth, proposal leadership, and client acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across technology and business domains. Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and client events. Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications Proven leadership experience in top-tier consulting firms such as Capgemini Invent, BCG, Sopra Steria Next, or CGI Consulting. Strong track record in managing large-scale transformation programs and consulting P&L. Deep understanding of the German market and client landscape. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Fluent in German and English. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and impact.
