About the Project
My client are delivering a major, high-profile construction project in Königs Wusterhausen and are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our project team. This is a key role that ensures the smooth flow, organization, and integrity of all project-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage, control, and maintain all technical and commercial documents in accordance with project procedures.
Maintain the project’s digital document management system (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Asite, or similar).
Support project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders with document retrieval and submission.
Generate document status reports and support audits and quality reviews.
Proven experience as a Document Controller on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
Strong understanding of document control workflows, quality standards, and project processes.
Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
