The Role: As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities, from procurement and production planning to logistics, inventory, and distribution. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. This is a strategic and hands-on position suited for a proven leader from the pharmaceutical industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Ensure full compliance with GMP, GDP, and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and project management teams to ensure on-time delivery of client projects. Drive supply chain optimization initiatives, including ERP enhancements, vendor management, and risk mitigation strategies. Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure performance and support data-driven decision-making. Act as the key supply chain contact for clients and partners, ensuring transparency and reliability. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector. Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP standards and global regulatory expectations. Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
