Role Description: Drive income performance across the German logistics portfolio through targeted leasing initiatives and proactive asset management strategies. Minimise vacancy by coordinating closely with third-party leasing agents, identifying prospective occupiers, and guiding transactions from initial enquiry to completion. Lead lease negotiations with professionalism and precision, overseeing the drafting and negotiation of documentation in partnership with external legal advisers. Strengthen the organisation’s market presence by cultivating strong relationships with brokers, occupiers, local authorities, and wider industry networks. Oversee the preparation and distribution of high-quality marketing materials to support upcoming leasing opportunities and active mandates. Maintain an expert understanding of local market dynamics, visiting assets and competing schemes regularly to inform strategy and positioning. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams—investments, finance, design, legal, and marketing—ensuring alignment throughout each deal cycle. Review and interpret asset-level reporting, including rent rolls, CapEx plans, and financial statements, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. Requirements: Proven leasing and asset management experience with the ability to underwrite transactions, analyse financial performance, and negotiate LOIs and lease agreements. Confident presenting market insights and transaction recommendations to internal stakeholders and capital partners. Strong leadership attributes with a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and solve problems independently. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working autonomously within a high-performance investment environment. Ideally possesses industrial and logistics exposure, though strong leasing experience in other commercial sectors will be considered. Based in Germany or able to relocate, preferably with an established brokerage network; fluent German essential with strong English communication skills. Experience overseeing third-party property managers and involvement in large-scale CapEx or refurbishment initiatives. Strong technical proficiency across MS Office and related software, with the ability to travel between assets as required.
