Legal Counsel Location: Remote (Germany)

Our client is a leading European digital platform in the insurance sector, combining technology, data, and expert advice to simplify how people manage their insurance.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Germany and fully qualified to practice law here.

Support strategic projects and M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
Advise on compliance topics such as IDD, GDPR, and AML.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Risk Management, Data Protection, and Compliance.
Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen).
At least 3 years PQE, ideally from an in-house position in the tech, fintech, or insurance sector, or a reputable law firm.
Fluent in German and English.
Remote-first setup within Germany with flexible working hours.
