Location : Hybrid working in Hamburg, Germany
We’re seeking a creative, detail-driven In-Store Marketing Designer to help shape engaging retail experiences across our global consumer electronics brand. You’ll collaborate closely with the client’s marketing and design teams to bring brand stories to life in physical retail spaces, through impactful in-store visuals, window displays, point-of-sale materials, and more.
This is a hands-on creative role suited to someone who thrives on visual storytelling, brand consistency, and cultural relevance across diverse markets
Design and adapt visual assets for in-store displays, signage, window visuals, POS, and promotional materials
Ensure brand and design integrity while adapting for cultural and market nuances
Translate marketing briefs into compelling, store-ready creative outputs
Manage multiple design requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Stay ahead of retail design trends and innovations in physical brand experiences
2-5 years’ hands-on experience in in-store design or retail brand adaptation
~ Experience within consumer electronics or premium retail brands is a strong plus
~ Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Awareness of local market and cultural sensitivities when localizing global creative
