Retail Project Manager

Our facility near Berlin is equipped with industry-leading machines for woodwork, metalwork, prop building, and paint finishing. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Retail Project Manager:in - Focus on European Retail Installations, based on-site in Blankenfelde-Mahlow. The Retail Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution of retail construction projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing timelines, ensuring quality control, and leading project teams to deliver outstanding spaces. You will serve as the key point of contact between the client and the production team, ensuring all projects meet specified requirements and are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Excellent Project Planning and Project Management skills At least 5 years project management experience (retail / shopfitting / interior fit-out) German and english fluent Strong Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities Effective Communication abilities with clients and teams Experience in overseeing construction projects or implementing in-store retail campaigns Ability to work on-site in Blankenfelde-Mahlow Hands-on mentality & willingness to travel through europe 29 days vacation, Drinks & Snacks – and Office Dogs 45.000-51.000 p.a.
