What you will do Delivery: Team Management Risk Management Communications Management Stakeholder Management Project Governance Scope Management Profitability Management Collecting Client Acceptance Weekly Engagement Status Reporting Talent Management: Staffing & ReleasingTalents Onboarding Talents Developing Talents Motivating & Retaining Talents Organization, Operations & Performance Management: Allocating HW and SW for Employees Track and control Business Trips, Vacations, and Sick leaves What you need for this Required skills: 4+ years of project management experience German level C1 or fluent Proven experience with the Automotive domain Experience in managing projects of 30+ people Strong technical background (software engineering or testing) with the ability to deeply understand the scope/priorities and engage in technical discussions with stakeholders and project teams Daily presence in the Intellias delivery location (Ingolstadt) Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish solid working relationships with clients Strong organizational and leadership skills Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer; Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
