We seek a dynamic individual to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. In this role, you'll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing out the best of Kyndryl and building trusted relationships with top executives.As a Senior Customer Partner, you'll be at the forefront of proactive account growth for our clients in Germany. Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives, responding to client queries, and identifying new business opportunities among existing and new customers.You will lead one or more accounts and be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and capabilities. By building a robust go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll pursue and conquer new deals, elevating Kyndryl to new heights.With your deep knowledge of IT best practices and external industry standards, you understand how they can impact our customers. Staying ahead of the curve, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader.As an account P&L owner, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are customer-focused, prioritizing customer success, and are naturally inclusive in your collaborations.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsSupport contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profit and growthDevelop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate progress of initiatives to stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics and prepare reportsCollaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededRequired Skills and ExperienceProven work experience (7+ years) in account management or a relevant roleAbility to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-levelExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience delivering client-focused solutionsAbility to manage multiple projects and demands with attention to detailStrong communication skills in a complex matrix environmentKnowledge of business and technology trends, especially within IT and Automotive industriesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS or MA/MS in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or a related fieldBeing YouWe value diversity in backgrounds and experiences.
