You will advise our customers on our organic certified baked products, make delicious speciality coffee and contribute significantly to ensuring that all customer service processes run smoothly. YOUR MISSION Providing expert advice and the selling of our products Preparation of speciality coffee Operating our cash register system Ensuring an appealing presentation of our products Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards YOUR PROFILE Some experience in customer service or as waiting staff Ideally experience in using a professional espresso machine Passion and love for the baking handwork Strong customer service orientation Good communication skills in German and ideally English A thorough and independent way of working Awareness of order and cleanliness A good team player and enjoy working in a team WHY US?
