Your Mission Are you passionate about improving the developer experience and shaping the foundation for secure, scalable software delivery? As Product Lead for our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), you'll play a key role in designing and evolving a modern, self-service platform that empowers our engineering teams and enforces a robust Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). You'll work closely with experienced platform engineers to create a highly automated, secure, and developer-friendly environment – with a strong focus on infrastructure-as-code, observability, and DevSecOps principles. The Platform Unit delivers measurable business impact by enabling faster time-to-market, reducing development costs, and improving product quality through scalable and reusable services and components. Our mission is to lead the transformation to a company-wide platform approach by developing and maintaining shared infrastructure and services as strategic assets. We enable scalable, efficient product development and foster innovation across the organization, empowering teams to deliver value faster and more effectively. We provide the technical means to develop entirely new product classes. The unit consists of a team of highly motivated software engineers focused on cutting-edge, security-focused technologies and a DevSecOps platform that supports the entire lifecycle of our products.
