About us My client is a well-established, internationally active industrial technology company with around 130 employees at its site in western Germany. As part of a larger global engineering group, they specialise in developing and producing advanced monitoring and diagnostic solutions for rotating machinery — covering everything from motors, pumps, and fans to turbines and compressors. Their technology helps ensure that machines around the world run with greater reliability, efficiency, and safety. Tasks Your Responsibilities Work as part of an international, agile development team focused on modern analysis and protection systems. Design and develop the firmware that drives our products — covering everything from sensor data acquisition and signal processing to communication with higher-level applications. Contribute to architectural and design considerations, helping shape the technical direction of the system. Safeguard product quality through automated testing (Azure DevOps, Robot Framework), systematic debugging, and performance improvements. Develop primarily in C/C++ for ARM , DSP , Linux , or RTOS -based environments. Profile Who You Are You are passionate about embedded systems and enjoy exploring new technologies with curiosity and an open, forward-thinking mindset. You work in a structured and precise way while still focusing on practical, solution-oriented outcomes. Collaboration motivates you, and you are someone who actively contributes ideas to strengthen the team. Your Profile Completed degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a comparable field Experience with real-time systems and signal processing, as well as an interest in test automation Familiarity with standard tools and workflows such as version control systems and CI/CD pipelines Strong technical aptitude and willingness to continuously develop your skill set Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, enabling clear and confident communication with colleagues locally and internationally We offer Why We're a Good Fit for You We offer a working environment where team spirit, openness, and personal growth take centre stage.
