Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung sowie des weiteren Wachstums suchen wir zwei Technical Proposal Manager (m/w/d) Industry. Die Technical Proposal Manager Industry (m/w/d) berichten an die Teamleitung Business Development & Sales für das Segment Industry als Teil der Vertriebsabteilung. Tätigkeitsbeschreibung Als Technical Proposal Manager (m/w/d) Industry erstellen Sie technische und kommerzielle Angebote für Mittel- und Hochdruckkompressoren im Industriebereich. Sie begleiten unsere Kunden weltweit von der Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss – für Standardlösungen und Projekte (z. B. technische Gase, ATEX). Nach Auftragseingang bereiten Sie die Übergabe an nachgelagerte Abteilungen sowie die Produktion vor und arbeiten dabei eng mit Sales Application Engineering, dem Business Development Management und dem Außendienst zusammen. Ihre Aufgaben Erstellung von Angeboten für Standardkompressoren Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von technisch anspruchsvollen Angeboten für Luft- oder Gasanlagen (ATEX, Containerlösungen, Gasaufbereitung u. Ä.) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Application Engineering Beratung unserer Kunden während der gesamten Angebotsphase Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Development Management bei der Betreuung von Key Accounts Gelegentliche Einsätze auf Messen, Konferenzen u. Ä. Mitarbeit bei der stetigen Prozessoptimierung Ihr Profil Technisches Hochschulstudium, abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung Freude am Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Investitionsgütern sowie an der Ausarbeitung technischer Lösungen Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche sowie analytische Arbeitsweise Hohe Motivation, das eigene Wissen kontinuierlich auszubauen und sich aktiv in einer dynamischen, zukunftsorientierten Branche weiterzuentwickeln Sichere Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von MS Office sowie CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Unser Angebot Arbeitsplatz in einem inhabergeführten Familienunternehmen in der dritten Generation, das Teil einer gesunden mittelständischen Unternehmensgruppe (weltweit 1.100 Mitarbeiter) mit stetigem Wachstum ist Gute Work-Life-Balance: nur 35,5 Wochenstunden in Vollzeit Betriebliche Altersvorsorge von 90 € monatlich Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Zuschuss zum Job- bzw.
