Implement and monitor quality procedures on site in line with the Quality Control Plan (QCP) Audit the execution of foundation construction subprocesses Inspect the incoming materials (templates, formwork, rebar, tools) for specification compliance Review quality documents from subcontractors and suppliers Identify, document, and manage non-conformities during construction Check subcontractors' quality methods and documentation on site Ensure all required tests and verifications are performed and documented per QCP Provide technical support to the Site Manager and BOP Manager on quality matters Conduct final inspections of foundations before handover to the I&C team Participate in coordination meetings to align on quality expectations and procedures Report daily on construction progress regarding quality Coordinate with the global quality team in terms on site-related tasks and activities Technical training or a degree in engineering, or an equivalent qualification Experience in construction, experience with concrete processes and construction activities desirable. Experience with quality procedures Work experience in construction control and supervision services Fluent in English (minimum B2-C1) Resolution of possible technical issues Communication skills Capable to work in teams A valid driver's license recognized in Germany is required for this position Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
