Here you can shine You work in the early and late shift at reception (in exceptional cases also in the night shift). You will ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking special guests into account. You will familiarise new trainees and interns and be their first point of contact during the induction period. You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks using the Protel programme. You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially. You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines. You inspire our guests for the hotel's products and actively offer them.
