Unterweisung gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen/Standards (Grundlage sind Verträge/Vereinbarungen mit internen oder externen Kunden) / Anleiten/Überwachen von Fremdpersonal.* Selbstständiges, fachgerechtes Durchführen von Wartungen, Inspektionen, Reparaturen, Analysen, und vorbeugende Instandhaltung unter Zuhilfenahme von Wartungsprotokollen. Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Instandhaltungsmaterial in Abstimmung mit dem Koordinator EIM. Bei Bedarf Unterstützung zur Sicherstellung der Serviceverpflichtungen in anderen Servicegebieten.* Beseitigung von Störungen an Kundenanlagen; Übernahme der Rufbereitschaft/Pickett.* Sicherstellung der abrechnungstechnischen Kriterien bei den Kundenanlagen (z.B. SAP/M4M/PM, Zählerstände, Zeit- und Materialnachweis/Arbeitsbericht) und Rückmeldung von offenen Maßnahmen an den Anlagen mit den vorgegebenen Tools.* Verantwortung für Einsatzfähigkeit und ordnungsgemäßem Zustand insbesondere des Servicefahrzeuges, Persönlicher Schutzausrüstung, Werkzeuge und Arbeitsmittel* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenelektriker, EMR-Techniker, Mechatroniker, Elektromeister oder Elektrotechniker* Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und Google Tools, SAP wünschenswert* Grundkenntnisse in Englisch* Kommunikationsgeschick, Organisationstalent, hohe Eigeninitiative* Souveränes, freundliches Auftreten* Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und eine klare Kundenorientierung* Reisebereitschaft, auch mit Übernachtungen* Führerschein der Klasse B/3Entgelt: Gem.
