ROBO, as a Lighting Operator, you will play a critical role in the planning, setup, and operation of lighting and media systems for various events and shows. You will work closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and flawless performance of our setups. Experience in touring and live entertainment productions is essential.TasksOperate and program lighting systems using Grand MA 2 & 3 consoles.Manage and configure media servers using Disguise software.Coordinate and execute lighting and media setups for touring and live entertainment productions.Design and draft technical plans using Vectorworks.Collaborate with team members to develop visual concepts and technical solutions.Create and maintain diagrams and workflows using Lucid Chart.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both German and English.RequirementsProven experience as a Light and Media Server Operator / Technical Artist.Proficiency in Vectorworks, Lucid Chart, Grand MA 2 & 3, and Disguise.Extensive experience in touring and live entertainment productions.Strong technical skills and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.Valid Class B driver’s license.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Passionate about live entertainment and touring productions.Willingness to travel.BenefitsA stimulating, creative work environment at a leading design studio.Full-time position.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Engagement in groundbreaking projects in live entertainment and immersive experiences.A beautiful studio in the heart of Berlin.A supportive team culture that values individual creativity and collective innovation.Flexible work arrangements for a healthy work-life balance.ClosingIf you think this position is for you, we invite you to apply now.
