The A&R Trainee Program is designed to develop dynamic A&R focused on scouting and signing viral tracks, with a strong emphasis on proactive, outbound talent acquisition. Tasks Talent Scouting : Use TikTok to identify trending and emerging artists, sounds, and music trends. Content Curation : Customize a feed to spot new talents and trending music effectively. Data-Driven Insights : Utilize specialized tools and platforms to assess new releases and track artist performance. Collaboration and Feedback : Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deals, artist outreach, and challenges; maintain close communication with team leads and receive regular feedback. Requirements Talent Scouting Intuition : No prior experience required; we value a strong sense for trends and the ability to spot potential viral artists. Creative skills and an eye for detail to develop innovative tracks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with artists and partners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
