What we achieve together As a Process Manager you will participate actively in design, execution, evaluation, measurement and control of Group Sales Processes under Order-to-Cash (O2C) perspective and across the overall value chain You will analyse and break down the current heterogeneous O2C situation across our National Sales Companies and establish the harmonized proposal to standardize tasks in a more efficient way to increase time-to-market, reduce costs and increase overall process efficiency and productivity In this role you also act as a Process Owner and therefore establish program priorities and handle the change backlog, ensuring deployment activities are executed (including fit-gaps, training, and testing) according to agreed planning, budget, specifications and quality standards Your tasks include development and maintaining business process documentation that will be used as references for preparing test cases and training documents You proactively guide and manage cross-functional teams in an international environment to develop and reflect business process requirements You will also provide the management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives What makes us successful together Qualifications: You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, business administration, information technology or a comparable course of study Know-how: You already have professional experience in a business-process-oriented role and in project management Methods: You have worked with process project management tools (e.g.Sind Sie bereit, sich zu bewerben Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie alle Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit dieser Stelle verstehen, bevor Sie fortfahren.Confluence, Aris, Celonis) and know process improvement methods (e.g.six sigma) Tools: You have knowledge of sales operational processes and SAP S/4 Hana modules (SD-Sales and Distribution especially), CRM processes and salesforce knowledge is a plus.Understanding of supply chain and finance processes is beneficial Language: Thanks to your business fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all levels Personality: Enjoying change, organizational talent and a meticulous way of working round off your profile What you can count on Hybrid Work: We offer our employees the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.There is also the option to temporarily work from a country within the European Union Buy vacation days: Whether you need a longer break for a vacation, more time with your family or simply a break from your daily work routine- purchasing additional vacation days gives you the chance to take an extended break Career path: We offer our employees individual, sustainable and future-oriented career paths that recognize the potential and strengths of each individual
